  • Design and document business focused Lead Logistics Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal capabilities, achieving successful rollouts / implementations aligned with Lead Logistics Budget.
  • Develop detailed Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Solution Configuration Documents (SCD) for implementation teams.
  • Collaborate jointly with Product Director, Lead Logistics Solutions and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, developing compelling proposals that demonstrate clear business value.
  • Develop feasible, accurate and compelling solution designs, incorporating the scope of service, operating models, resource models, implementation time and costs, operating costs, business value, recommended terms / models / scenarios and P&L.
  • Provides solution engineering and product expertise for customer value propositions and joins customer meetings.
  • Create solution preference by evidencing our solution is the best choice (highest value / lowest risk) for our customers / prospects.
  • Lead the transition of solutions from the proposal stage through implementation, ensuring accurate, feasible, and sustainable solutions.
  • Actively maintain and update global solution toolkits, incorporating lessons learned and emerging best practices.
  • Engage closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Implementation, Operations, IT) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Implements adjustments / improvements of existing products features based on sales / commercial data and market intelligence.
  • Develops a pro-active customers feedback / insight for current features improvement and needed future features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • High learning agility.
  • Market knowledge. Good understanding of management practices and technique.
  • Purchase Order Management / Lead Logistics / 4PL / Control Towers savviness. Strong knowledge and understanding of market needs and tools.
  • Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain logistics, business analysis, or supply chain solution design.
  • working in a 3PL / 4PL or LSP environment, at least for 3-5 years (in sales / customer service or product roles)
  • Proven track record in implementing, Purchase Order Management / Lead Logistics / 4PL / Control Towers or related solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution design, consulting, or business analysis within logistics, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Experience in Retail vertical is a bonus.
  • Other Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Knowledge of Purchase Order Management, Procure-to-Pay, Vendor Managed Inventory, Transportation, and related processes.
  • Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model.
  • Great communication skills (oral, written, presentation) for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and commitments, and consistently demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Structured, organized, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex project timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with supply chain software and systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and proficient in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Preferred experience in Infor Nexus (part of Infor ERP products).
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 20%).
