MISSION :

Ensure the best experience to the guests.

Job Summary :

Assisting the Executive Housekeeper at the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation / Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry;
Works with employees to verify property guestrooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean and well maintained;
Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action;
Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front desk in a timely and efficient manner;
Inspects guestrooms on a daily basis;
Obtains a list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments;
Invenntories stock to verify adequate supplies;
Uses all available on the job training tools to train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as necessary.

Requirements :

Stress management and team motivational skills;

Expert leader and a team player;

Attention to detail and high organizational capacity, sense of responsibility and rigor;

Previous experience working in housekeeping is required.

Education / Professional Experience :

High School Degree;

1-2 years previous experience in the function.

Linguistic Knowledge :

Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
