Role : Project Manager (Health sector).

Location : Remote, from Portugal.

Required skills :

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare sector;
• Skilled in project implementation and management methodologies;
• Strong background in requirements gathering and process analysis;
• Experience defining technical specifications;
• Familiar with data migration processes in healthcare systems;
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle databases;
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (M. Project) and EasyVista;
• Certifications : Product Owner, Scrum Master, and CCP;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
