Ferring + You

You will be part of a global ERP transformation journey, contributing to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Ferring’s SAP S / 4HANA platform. As we scale our digital backbone, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced SAP S / 4HANA CO Architect to help shape our global finance processes, ensuring they are efficient, standardized, and future-ready.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT peers, and project teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support our mission in a highly regulated industry. In this critical role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide processes and deliver impactful technology that supports our patients, partners, and people across the globe.

Your day at Ferring

Translate business requirements into technical solutions based on best practices and driving core template alignment and governance;

Support solutions design during SAP deployments;

Provide guidance to the project team on how requirements can be addressed and also during their day to day activities.

Approve / review functional design specifications (FDS) and configuration documents;

Support E2E Testing activities (scoping, test scripts definition, data preparation and other prerequisites) and support resolution of testing defects;

Support and manage change requests to core functionalities / global template or Local Requirements;

Support the creation of the cutover plan by identifying the relevant tasks and dependencies :

Support definition of data migration requirements.

Support go-live and Hypercare when required, for spot checks, soft configuration tasks and defects resolution;

Provide on-going status update and support capacity Planning, working in conjunction with PMO team.

Support the RUN team on incidents resolution, end-user support or new demands.

Behing our innovation... There's you

A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) with at least one full-cycle S / 4HANA implementation.

Deep expertise in key CO functionalities : Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger, Product Costing, and Project System.

Experience in multinational SAP programs, ideally in Pharma, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage industries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on end-to-end process excellence.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
