Remote Performance Marketing Manager (SaaS)
Location : Portugal, Argentina
Compensation : $4,500 – $7,000 / month USD (senior level)
Hours : 9am - 6pm EST
About the Role
A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on driving trial growth, qualified leads, and overall revenue impact.
You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and manage a Marketing Specialist, owning the end-to-end marketing function while experimenting with new channels and optimizing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing)
- Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and product trials
- Lead and mentor a junior Marketing Specialist to deliver on strategic goals
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to guide decisions
- Manage social media scheduling and presence using Buffer or similar tools
- Experiment with new growth channels such as webinars, trade shows, and influencer marketing
- Collaborate closely with revenue, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts
What You Bring
