We are looking for a Scrum Master for a client in Brussels.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
• Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the squad face any obstacles
• Support the members of the squad in her / his work by facilitating a healthy dynamic within the squad, paying special attention to respect priorities and scope.
• Leads the squad's efforts towards continuous improvement.
• Removes barriers or helps the squad remove barriers(contact with the right people). The Scrum Master solves the problems proactively so that the squad can stay focused on their goals.
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information. She / he also protects the squad from influxes unexpected work costs.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
