Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update records in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
Native proficiency in French .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software.Work Schedule :
Monday to Saturday : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)Days Off : Fixed Sunday 1 rotational day off during the week.Benefits :
