Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update records in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements :

  • Native proficiency in French .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software.
  • Work Schedule :

  • Monday to Saturday : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)
  • Days Off : Fixed Sunday 1 rotational day off during the week.
