Senior Business Travel Consultant with Italian Language

Workster is partnering with a leading travel management, corporate card, and expense management company to recruit a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their Portugal-based team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality support to corporate travellers, handling bookings for accommodations, flights, rail travel, and other business travel services. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless travel arrangements, assisting with self-service tools, and ensuring compliance with company and customer policies.

This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of remote work across Portugal or a hybrid model in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience
• Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently
• Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services
• Assist customers with self-service options on travel platforms and apps
• Maintain compliance with company and customer policies, following global travel standards
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on service improvements and key processes
• Participate in team discussions on industry trends, products, and service providers
• Stay informed about best practices in business travel
• Meet attendance, training, and performance expectations
