Core Capital is currently recruiting on behalf of one of its portfolio companies. We’re seeking talented, driven professionals to join an innovative team and help shape the future of the hospitality industry.

About Your Team :

You will join our executive leadership team, working closely with top executives. You will lead the finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and operational excellence.

How Can You Help?

You will establish and lead financial processes, systems, and controls to drive transparency and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will enhance financial rigor, ensuring profitability, growth, and maintaining investor confidence. Your responsibilities include supervising accounting, tax, and treasury, preparing and monitoring the annual budget, and coordinating financial management.

Key responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the finance functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax.
  • Lead the process of preparing the annual budget and forecast treasury.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key management indicators, identify deviations, and help implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, banks, and investors.
  • Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Solid experience in audit, advisory, or transaction services, preferably with hospitality, real estate, or tourism clients.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level leadership and engage with finance and operations teams.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ambition and readiness to step into a leadership role in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
