Russian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist-Social Media & Smart Tech

Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent Russian speakers on behalf of our Porto-based client to join their multicultural team working on an exciting project-with a welcome bonus of EUR 1000!

Language Requirement : Russian (Fluent) + English (B2 level)

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will :

Provide outstanding assistance to users of next-gen social media and smart devices via chat, email, or phone.

Guide customers in solving technical or account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.

Monitor and report user feedback, bugs, and suggestions to enhance product performance.

Follow standard procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to continuously improve service delivery.

What You Bring :

Fluency in Russian and good command of English (B2+).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.

Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.

Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 shift rotation after the initial training period (starts with morning shifts ).

Availability to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday , with two rotating days off .
