We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our video interview platform. This role involves managing our existing client base, identifying new business opportunities, and showcasing the platform’s capabilities through engaging demo presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Existing Client Base : Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Prospect New Clients : Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (email, social media, networking, etc.).

Conduct Demo Presentations : Deliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of the video interview platform to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs.

Track and Report Progress : Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-related industries.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) is a plus.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.

Availability for part-time work (20-25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.
