Certified Fitness Instructor - Relocate to Saudi Arabia

We’re hiring Fitness Instructors across various specialties : Personal Training , Group Exercise , Swimming , and more, for full-time positions with one of the Middle East’s largest and fastest-growing fitness brands.

Available Roles Include :

  • Certified Personal Trainers
  • Group Exercise Instructors ( Les Mills , Zumba , Yoga , Cycling , etc.)
  • Swimming Coaches & Lifeguards

    • Key Responsibilities (vary by role) :

  • Deliver engaging, results-driven training or group classes tailored to member goals
  • Assess fitness levels and design custom programs for improvement
  • Educate clients on proper technique, equipment use, and lifestyle habits
  • Motivate, coach, and track progress to ensure sustainable results
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness across all training spaces
  • Collaborate with club teams to deliver top-tier member experience

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group instruction ( NASM , ACE , ISSA , Les Mills , Red Cross , etc.)
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in fitness instruction or coaching
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • CPR / First Aid certification preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Relocation support provided)
