Java Tech Lead

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead for a project on hybrid basis in Lisbon.

Requirements :

• Graduated in Information Systems or related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in Java back-end development, namely with Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data or simila
• Leadership skills and previous experience in mentoring / coaching technical teams
• Experience in microservice-oriented development and architectures based on RESTful APIs and events (Kafka)
• Knowledge of unit and integration test development (JUnit, mockito)
• Knowledge of the particularities of development for the Cloud and ecosystems : Kubernetes, Docker, Azure or similar
• Experience in Git and integration with CI / CD systems such as Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or ELK Stack
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
