Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to optimize our supply chain, lead high-impact negotiations, and build strong supplier relationships. If you have a proven track record in procurement, thrive in pharmaceuticals environments, and excel in team leadership, this role is for you!

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, contract negotiation and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing with technical requirements
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
• Analytical and planning capacity for budgeting and decision-making purposes in the purchasing process
• Foster long-term partnerships with key suppliers

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals industries

Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration (strong teamwork skills)

Background in sourcing high-value inputs, with exposure to quality-driven industries.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Willingness to travel (~30%).
