What will you be doing?

Supporting production and assisting end users, managing incidents (diagnosis, analysis, coordination, and communication) to ensure service continuity and user satisfaction (measured by internal and external recommendation indexes).

Actively participating in new developments and small evolutions by gathering requirements, creating user stories, writing functional specifications, designing and executing tests, including UAT, and supporting business change management.

Collaborating closely with areas such as credit insurance (ADE), MRH insurance, credit management, guarantees, digital signature, and workflow between the bank and clients.

Working in an Agile environment, actively engaging in sprint planning and ceremonies.

Producing key deliverables such as system diagnostics, requirements documents, test documentation and strategies, risk management records, user support documentation, committee reports, and incident logs.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of solid experience in functional analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT), preferably with knowledge of mortgage credit domain.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM Quality Center, Octane, Visio, Microsoft Office, and preferably MEGA, Qlik, MSBI, SQL, Datamarts.

• Fluency in English and French (read, spoken, written);

Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa / Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
