For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills :

At least 3 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Professional experience in application development, focusing on enterprise-level solutions

Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including designing, developing, and optimizing reporting solutions

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and data structure

Experience developing and implementing innovative reporting solutions aligned with business goals

Ability to analyze and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and performance

Fluency in English (C1)

Availability for remote work based in Portugal
