Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction;
Identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;
Providing 2nd-level support by : researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, carrying out migrations;
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
Write and maintain documentation.
Profile
Solid and extensive knowledge of IT data center infrastructure in general and navigate medium to large IT environments;
Experience with being responsible for the implementation of new databases and the operational management of existing databases;
Customer focused regarding the operations of the databases with focus on reliability and performance;
Able do handle the following tasks : Preparation of operational procedures for backup and recovery, tuning, integrity, reliability and administration of database users; Provide support to the application people and assets in setting up the internal structure of the database; Establish and follow up robust database standards.
Know how to work on Databases in the Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform;
