We are looking for a Application Engineer with a strong technical background to join a dynamic infrastructure and support team. You will work closely with infrastructure, development, and operations teams to ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability across multiple environments.

Main Tasks :

Provide Level 3 support for applications and IT infrastructure

Resolve incidents, manage change requests, and participate in on-call rotations for critical environments

Monitor systems to ensure uptime and SLA compliance

Lead and coordinate technical projects (upgrades, migrations, DRP testing, capacity management)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, databases, networks) for deployments and system changes

Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams

Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines, automation scripts, and operational tools

Ensure secure and resilient architecture, aligned with enterprise standards

Support production deployments and oversee versioning and release processes

Perform backup and recovery tests, and guarantee Disaster Recovery Plan readiness

Contribute to problem management and long-term stability initiatives
