What will be your role

In this role, you will integrate a technical team delivering great software that will help our clients to accomplish its business objectives by :

  • Designing a framework, considering performance, scalability, security and usability requirements, using the latest .NET technologies
  • Exploring, testing and implementing new technologies
  • Working with other team members to achieve great performance
  • Ensuring that your code meets quality standards and doesn’t compromise security
  • Challenging feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them
  • Motivating and developing the people on your team
  • Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives

What should you bring to the team

  • 5 years of proven work experience as a .NET Developer
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Mathematics or similar
  • Previous experience with Cloud Development (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of databases such as SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, Oracle or others
  • Experience with event-driven and micro-services is a plus
  • High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • A focus on the result (and not on the task)
  • Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Availability to work up to 3 days at the client's offices in Lisbon
  • The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way
  • A keen commitment to your team members
