The role

As a German-speaking Health Advisor ,  you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone and e-mail inquiries from B2B customers in one of these two areas : Pharma and Vision Care.

Your Profile

• You are proficient in  German  and fluent in English (oral and written)
• You have good  communications skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• You are open-minded and  eager to learn
• Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
• You are positive and motivated
