Application support analyst P2P [F / M / X]

Job description

This role is to provide efficient and effective execution of the procurement operational activities. The Administrator Officer will act as a liaison between users and technical teams, ensuring that all application-related queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsabilities :

• User Support : Provide first-line support to internal clients regarding application issues, queries, and improvement suggestions related to the P2P platform.
• Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with the integrator and technical teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Application Monitoring : Regularly monitor the performance of the P2P application to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently, identifying any potential issues proactively.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of application processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to assist users and support teams.
• Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for internal clients to enhance their understanding of the P2P platform and its functionalities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the application integrator to implement improvements and updates to the platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Feedback Collection : Gather user feedback on the application’s performance and functionality and communicate this to the integrator for continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure that all processes and procedures related to the P2P platform comply with organizational policies and industry’s best practices.
