Responsibilities :

• Active participation in the analysis of internal processes and the continuous improvement of HR management practices.
• Support in managing timesheets, overtime and absences, organizing vacations and other absences.
• Preparing and managing administrative reports relating to employees and their performance.
• Support in the feedback process, both for managers and employees.
• Participating in Human Resources teams to implement new policies or processes relating to employee well-being and development.
• Collaboration in drawing up action plans to resolve day-to-day issues relating to people within the organization.
