Customer Care with a Healthcare Company (French Language)

Office Location is R. Gen. Jos Domingues Peres 32 A 3800-404 Aveiro Portugal

Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 168 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year

  • Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
  • Transport card for EUR 20 per month
  • Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative you will :

  • Respond to inbound customer requests documenting relevant case information
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales General Inquiries and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
  • Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
