GermanSpeaking Customer Service & Sales Agent Remote (Portugal North Only)

This is a remote position but applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal from Coimbra upwards . Candidates outside this area will not be considered . Please note that relocation packages are not provided .

Position Overview :

Role : Customer Service & Sales Agent (Germanspeaking)

Location : Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)

Schedule :

Monday to Friday : 08 : 00 18 : 00

Saturday & Sunday : 08 : 00 17 : 00

Occasionally : availability until 19 : 00 may be required

2 rotational days off per week

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers via phone email and chat providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise

Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Guide clients through available packages promotions and upgrades

Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile :

Fluent in German (C1 and proficient in English (B2

Experience in sales is mandatory ideally in a customerfocused environment

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and manage a structured remote schedule

Resides in Coimbra or further north in Portugal (strict requirement)
