C# Developer with Project Management Experience

Novanetworks is strengthening its development team and is looking for an experienced and autonomous C# developer with a solid background in project management. We are seeking a professional capable of leading technical initiatives and contributing to the success of innovative projects.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#.

Manage software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with defined requirements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Plan, execute, and monitor development processes.

Contribute to the definition of technical practices and standards within the team.

Requirements :

Solid experience in C# development and the .NET ecosystem.

Proven track record in software project management.

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Strong communication, organizational, and technical leadership skills.

Good knowledge of English (required); knowledge of French is a plus.
