What you'll do
As IT Consultant Loyalty, you will be part of HUGO BOSS’ vision to become the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide. You will share the IT ownership of Loyalty together with the existing team, with the clear objective to provide the most desirable and personalized loyalty program and experiences for our customers.
As IT Consultant Loyalty you know our HUGO BOSS loyalty engine processes and functionalities best. You analyse business loyalty requirements, design IT processes and understand the integration patterns of our new loyalty engine into our HUGO BOSS ecosystem.

General Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with IT and business colleagues to clarify technical topics, acting as translator between business needs and IT capabilities
Define, consult and support on loyalty and reward processes within the HUGO BOSS IT landscape, including web 2.0 and web 3.0-based initiatives
Act as the technical consultant in collaboration with external vendors for continued technical support, issue tracking and functional updates.
Detailed responsibilities
Set up and configure the loyalty engine, ensuring full technical compatibility with the existing architecture
Know best the technical capabilities and limitations of our loyalty engine and integrations to assess the feasibility of new business requirements and manage their technical implementation you co-design consistent technical integration concepts and coordinate successful implementation.
Perform end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and performance
You enable successful global rollouts worldwide of the new Loyalty program
Strong commitment to producing clear, well-structured, and coherent documentation, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting the scalability and maintainability of our technology solutions.
What you’ll bring
Strong knowledge and passion for customer loyalty and customer experience
Ideally, experience with loyalty management platforms and reward systems
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
Project management expertise, especially in technology and digital transformation environments
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or similar technical role
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics, Information Systems, or related field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
