About the Role

Join a global leader in tech and services supporting a major cruise line brand . As part of our remote team in Portugal, you'll help customers plan and manage their dream holidays selling packages, answering queries, and offering top-notch service.

What You'll Do

Sell and upsell cruise packages and extras

Support customers with bookings and post-booking issues

Assist travel agents with reservations

Answer questions on destinations, documentation, and pricing

What Were Looking For

Fluent German (C1+) and good English (B2+)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and customer-first mindset

Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
