The Offer
- Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat
- Offer technical assistance on the platform
- Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
- Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
- Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
- Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
- Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in EnglishExperience in technical troubleshooting is a plusGenuine care giver with a problem solver mindAble to multi-task, proactive and good with time managementComfortable with phone calls, email writing and social mediaBenefits
