Tasks

  • Establish contact with German-speaking clients via phone to offer them the option of hiring a consumer insurance;
  • Offer product and service information assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues accurately and efficiently;
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers demonstrating empathy and understanding;
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required;
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).
