Who You Are :

Degree in Human Resources Psychology Management or similar areas (or equivalent experience);

Enthusiastic driven and passionate about people and technology;

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with people easily;

Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English;

Based in Lisbon available for onsite work (Lisbon Expo).

What Youll Do :

Identify and attract top IT talent using creative sourcing methods (social media tech communities etc.);

Conduct interviews and assessments to find the perfect fit for clients needs;

Partner closely with our clients to understand their tech recruitment needs;

Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to job offers;

Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring a smooth hiring journey for all;

Stay up to date on tech trends and the evolving needs of the IT job market.

What Were Looking For :

A good understanding of IT roles technologies and trends;

Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent sourcing;

Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
