Your role :

Conduct internal planning data analysis, transform data into knowledge to provide input for decision, compare data with Market industry-level to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Monitor market share, competitive intelligence, product development trends and EDS portfolio to support market positioning reports.

Align data analysis with company’s strategic direction. Initiate and support market research and competitor analysis by developing automatization of different data sources.

Collaborate with external research and consulting firms to provide insights to internal functions and leadership.

Participate in customer studies and market environment analysis.

Maintain up-to-date understanding of the EMEA wiring harness market , including key drivers such as electrification, regulatory shifts, consumer behavior, and regional trends.

Contribute to general business planning tasks as needed and support Commercial Teams in regards current and future business.

Your Background

Graduate or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

Working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Excellent command of office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Familiarity with Automotive product portfolios and market forecasting.

Experience in market research, data analysis, or a related function.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to perform under pressure, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have skills

Experience with VBA , Power Query , Power Pivot , or Power Automate .

Automotive supplier background or direct exposure to manufacturing and business planning in the automotive sector.
