We are looking for an Amazing : French speaker Application Support

Seniority : Mid level - Senior

Type of position : Hybrid (2x / week at Lisbon office)

The amazing you, will have :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT Support / Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with application support in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, and Jira / Snow;) and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols .
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
