Portuguese Account Manager – Sportsbook SaaS (Relocation to Bulgaria)

ONLY candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sports Betting, Sportsbook technology, or iGaming platforms should apply. This is a specialist B2B role requiring deep industry knowledge and relocation to Bulgaria.

Workster is partnering with a leading B2B SaaS provider revolutionizing the sports betting space with advanced sportsbook technology, premium data feeds, and a client-first approach.

To support continued growth in European markets, we’re hiring an experienced Portuguese-speaking Account Manager with a proven track record in sportsbook / iGaming to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation required).

Your Role

Manage a portfolio of sportsbook clients across the Portuguese-speaking markets

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success

Support onboarding, integrations, and delivery of new features or data feeds

Proactively handle client requests, escalate when needed, and ensure high service quality

Drive performance KPIs, product adoption, and retention

Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and support the commercial team

Champion client feedback across Product, Tech, and Operations

Travel occasionally for business reviews, partner events, and conferences

Your Qualifications

Experience in B2B Account Management , in sports betting, sportsbook tech, or iGaming platforms (Mandatory)

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of sportsbook operations , odds feeds, betting markets, or trading

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

EU citizenship or passport (visa sponsorship not available)

Full readiness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools

Technical mindset and ability to translate features into business value

Experience with API integrations, or B2B SaaS platforms
