What is this challenge about :

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure our products and services meet internal standards and customer expectations;
Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;
Own the development and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance
benchmarks across our platforms;
Establish and monitor quality metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement;
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices in agile software development;
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance test environments and support scalable testing pipelines;
Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.

What we are looking for :

At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance;

Proven experience in a testing leadership role;

A strong track record in delivering high-quality web and backend applications, especially consumer facing products;

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development, defect tracking, and test planning;

Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;

Comfortable collaborating on API testing, performance / load testing, and supporting scalable quality pipelines;

Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions);

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage and incident analysis;

Prior experience improving test environments in collaboration with infrastructure engineers;

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a pragmatic and autonomous approach to work;

Fluent level of English.
