Job Role as Developer Dynamics 365 :

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Commercial and Marketing IT team in Porto. As a Developer for Dynamics365 Sales, your main area of work will be about helping our commercial teams find and sell to new customers and retain the ones we already are operating. But you will also touch our CMS - Sitecore XM Cloud, Qualtrics and Power Platform tools built into the platform.

Your role will be focused on maintaining and improving the platform, building new features, and exploring AI opportunities from our data. On the roadmap is also a challenging Master Data Project as well as integrations with other key systems at ISS such as SharePoint and ERP.

Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and requirements and be able to turn that into tech will be the key to succeed in this role. You will also use that quality to grow your own technical expertise in Dynamics365 Sales and other apps that crosses your way.

As the principal developer for Dynamics365 you will be part of the team that manage the full lifecycle of the application. From inicial development through to release and provisioning. Additionally, you will receive support and consulting from the business and, other development teams and you will have our dedicated Solution Architect alongside with you to ensure successful implementation and integration of new features.

All what we do will help us grow people in their roles so they can improve our relations with both current and new customers. Therefor it’s important that you build a relation with our users of the platforms to better understand what values they want to get out of the systems.

• Develop, Maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics365 Sales.
• Explore Microsoft Co-Pilot and how it can be used with Dynamics365 to create value for our users.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure all new features meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities.
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all development stages.
• Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
