Job Summary :

• Provide first-line functional support to our users via email chat and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures
• Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
