Specializing in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager (ITSM) for this project!

What are we looking for?

Expertise in ServiceNow
Practical knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience in project and stakeholder management
Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery, is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the adoption and implementation based on ServiceNow.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the project (status reporting, committees, governance, action plan)
