Youre a creative and data-driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about digital communication. You bring hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, know how to manage performance-driven campaigns, and have a feel for what resonates with gaming communities. What are you going to do?
As a Marketing Specialist , youll help define and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels, working to grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and engage our user and developer communities.You will :
Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid media, content)Manage paid acquisition and performance marketing efforts, continuously testing and optimizing for resultsCreate compelling content for different audiences, from blog posts and email newsletters to ad copy and community updatesEngage with gaming communities and contribute to communication efforts that build loyalty and trustCollaborate across teams to support product launches, community initiatives, and developer outreachMonitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, using data to refine and improve campaignsWhat are we looking for?
Must-haves :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field23 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in tech or software (B2C and / or B2B)Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and marketing automation toolsStrong writing and communication skills in EnglishAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsCreative thinker who stays ahead of trends and experiments with new ideasComfortable navigating online communities, ideally with some exposure to gaming or developer ecosystemsNice to have :
