What we’re looking for :

Strong expertise in Java ☕ and Spring Boot 🌱

Solid experience with Scrum methodology 🔁

English level B2 or higher 🇬🇧

Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, Braga or Porto 🏙️

You must reside in Portugal – this is a mandatory requirement! 🏡

Key Skills for a Senior Java Developer :

Ability to design and implement complex backend systems

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Mentorship and code review capabilities

Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
