Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location :  Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park

Work Model :  Hybrid – 3 days in the office

What’s the Role About?

We’re looking for experienced GKN colleagues ready to take the next step in their careers. This role goes beyond standard AR responsibilities, adding a  project management  focus to drive  continuous improvement  and lead  process changes .

What You’ll Do

Daily cash remittance application (cash allocation)

Prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections

Support AR aging analysis and customer account reviews

Create credit and collection reports

Collaborate with other Finance teams (., GL)

Execute month-end tasks : reconciliations, reports, bookings

Propose process improvements and lead team projects

Provide regular feedback to your line manager

Skills & Experience for Success

Solid knowledge of customer billing and O2C processes

Strong communication with internal / external stakeholders

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to meet tight deadlines with high-quality output

Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow tools
