Who You Are :

Fluent in German, strong communicator in English

At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Intermediate-Advanced level Excel / Sheets expertise

Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth

Natural problem-solver, fast learner, and an innovation enthusiast

Ready for a hybrid work model and, if needed, excited to relocate to Lisbon
