We’re hiring : Power Platform Developer

Lisboa | Hybrid model

What you’ll do :

  • Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies;
  • Work closely with customers from different industries, delivering robust and efficient solutions;
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams through all project phases;
  • Participate in technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and implementation standards;
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft trends and technologies and apply them to improve our solutions;
  • Take advantage of professional development and career growth opportunities within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What we’re looking for :

  • 3+ years of experience customizing and maintaining Power Platform solutions (with a focus on Power Apps or Power Automate);
  • Strong experience in Dataverse customizations (tables, columns, forms, views, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps);
  • Solid knowledge of C# and JavaScript;
  • Familiarity with the latest Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem features;
  • Knowledge of best practices for implementing and customizing Power Platform solutions;
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure, or Copilot Studio is a plus;
  • Microsoft technical certifications are a plus;
  • Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodology;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); other language skills are a plus;
  • Well-organized and capable of structuring your own work.
