Position : Content Moderator (Persian)

Location : Lisbon Portugal

Employment type : Fulltime

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Review and assess userreported content within a digital platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
  • Analyze report data to accurately evaluate the severity and nature of each issue.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address sensitive or complex cases appropriately.
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce insights and reports that drive ongoing process improvements optimization and innovation.
  • Evaluate upcoming features or tools and propose preventive measures to minimize potential misuse or abuse.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or fluent in Persian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
  • The candidate must be an EU Citizen or have a valid residency card.
  • Strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a highpressure fastpaced environment.
  • A genuine interest in digital platforms online communities and user safety.
