Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Braga, working in a fully on-site regime.

Responsibilities :

Ensure Service Desk operations using various logging tools to handle, track, resolve, or escalate incidents, requests, and changes;
Provide local and remote IT support to end users;
Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;

Advanced user-level experience with Linux and / or Windows operating systems;

Familiarity with remote access tools;

Experience in supporting local networks;

Proficiency in Office 365;

Experience using ServiceNow;

Availability for on-site work in Braga.
