As Customer Success Manager for the German-speaking market, your job is to help hotel clients get the most out of the company’s platform. This includes upselling premium tools and integrations such as guest communication, revenue management, accounting, point-of-sale, and door lock systems.
Responsibilities : Product Knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs
- Work with the sales team on customised offers
- Present feature demos, especially for payment facilities
- Stay informed on product features, competitors, and pricing
Client Relationships
Act as the main contact for hotel clientsHold regular meetings to review progress and satisfactionProvide training to ensure product adoptionUse feedback to improve client experienceRetention
Handle client concerns proactivelyBuild trust and long-term relationshipsRequirements :
