Provide accurate information and assistance in line with company policies
Support users with product / service inquiries and basic technical troubleshooting
Accurately document case details in internal systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed
Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams for case resolution
Manage your queue of service tickets and prioritize effectively
Share feedback to improve service processes
