What does it take to be a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?

A degree in Computer Science or similar technical background

Between 3 and 6 years of experience in IT Security, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Strong hands-on skills in Active Directory management and user access provisioning

Previous experience with ServiceNow, Linux, and SQL

Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a strong plus

You’re comfortable working with Excel and maybe even PowerShell

Strong English communication skills (B2+ mandatory), and you’re great at explaining technical things simply

Experience supporting financial environments (Front-Office / Back-Office) is a bonus!

What will you do as a SMART IT SECURITY ENGINEER?

• Manage user permissions and access rights via our IAM system (Sigma)
• Coach users on best practices in access management and security protocols
• Create and maintain business access profiles for key teams
• Perform level 1 access reviews and support yearly re-certification campaigns
• Support corporate applications by ensuring secure, least-privilege access is always the rule
• Collaborate with teams across Security, IAM, Finance, and Audit to ensure our digital front is always secure
