    • For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor’s degree  in related field or comparable job expertise.
  • Relevant experience in the conception and implementation of complex software solutions in an international context.
  • Solid experience with Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles as well as common software design patterns. Emphasis on quality, maintainability and usability.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Experience with SAFe framework is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Solid experience with backend development in Java (Spring Boot) / Kotlin with focus on RESTful APIs and event driven architecture (e.g. Kafka, Kinesis, SQS,MQTT).
  • Experience with  CI / CD  and micro-service architectures, not only using but building it.
  • Experience in using and integrating cloud services (preference for  AWS ), knowing cloud paradigms like Infrastructure- as-Code, PaaS, alerting and monitoring.
  • Relevant knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of Python (preferably Flask) for rapid prototyping and tooling is also an advantage.
  • English level of B2 or higher
  • Availability to work in an hybrid model 3x days a week.
