Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) A higher education degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g. life sciences health sciences chemistry or a related discipline) this is a mandatory qualification. David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Portuguese and Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.
Position : Customer Service Representative
Location : Braga Portugal
Work model : Remote
Employment type : fixed term (6 months)
Remuneration : Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to information requests from professionals clients or other stakeholders regarding a specific product or service area.
- Manage incoming communications via email and phone providing accurate and timely support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and propose actionable solutions.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every four months) to ensure service continuity.
