Contract Type : CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role :

Help clients of a leading website and domain management platform by offering first-line support in a dynamic and tech-savvy environment.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 to 01 : 00 (rotative shifts)

Days off : Saturday and Sunday

Portuguese market focus

Requirements :

Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, spoken and written

Interest in technology and web platforms, domains, and digital tools

• Previous customer support or helpdesk experience is a plus

Availability for on-site work and evening shifts
